During the festivities, locals and visitors alike will be treated to all things sparkling, as the highly anticipated Cap Classique Route celebrations take centre stage.

The ultimate highlight to kickstart the week-long festivities is an afternoon of epicurean delights hosted at Haute Cabrière, where a masterclass awaits today.

Set to shine the spotlight on just a few of the local 23 producers, diners will be wowed with curated pairings and a leisurely lunch experience aimed at showcasing the versatility and diversity of the six specially-selected Cap Classiques, from blends to Blanc de Blancs, new releases and coveted older vintages.
