South Africa is brimming with rich and diverse talent just waiting to be discovered. In an effort to expose these talents, TECNO’s Hustle Hub wants to give enterprising young creatives of all walks of life in South Africa the chance to share their hustle and walk away R80,000 richer.
Zikona Captain, TECNO’s PR Manager, says their goal is to create, build and nurture a platform where they can be recognized and celebrated for being their true, creative and authentic selves.
Captain says this exciting initiative forms part of the launch campaign of TECNO’s latest product offering, set to hit South Africa’s shores later this month and the SPARK 8C promises young South Africans more opportunities to unleash and express their creativity.
“We are excited to reveal what we have in store for South Africa’s creative young hustlers. While our lips are sealed on the details of the new device for now, I can say that the launch of the new SPARK 8C will reinforce TECNO’s position as an enabler of opportunities and showcase our commitment to bringing young people’s hustles to life,” says Captain.
Global smartphone brand, TECNO, welcomes talented young South Africans to spark their passions on the Hustle Hub stage, a virtual platform open to all hustlers looking to flex their creative and entrepreneurial muscle for a chance to kickstart their dreams and win R80,000 in cash.
A star-studded panel of judges has been assembled to select the TECNO Hustle Hub winner and they include award-winning entrepreneur and socialite, Mohale Motaung, Rhythm City sweetheart, Mbalenhle Zakwe and beauty queen and all-round hustler, Zabelo Hlabisa, along with digital creators Kamohelo Pule and Wian West.
“I know how tough it can be when you’re just starting out, trying to get your hustle off the ground and establish a name for yourselfespecially without access to opportunities like the Hustle Hub from my TECNO family,” says Motaung.
She says it is a privilege to be part of this and to be able to give another young hustler a chance to ignite their passion and make their dreams a reality too. Hustle Hub entrants simply need to upload a video, picture or written entry of their unique hustle to the Hustle Hub website.
There are no limits to the hustles. It can be anything from acting and photography to dancing and design. Those interested in entering their hustle or learning more about the Hustle Hub can find more information at www.tecno.co.za and TECNO South Africa’s social media pages.
