Southern Africa is set for an electric cars revolution
A South African based electric vehicles manufacturer Agilitee Africa, is spreading its wings with last week’s establishment of a footprint in Swaziland.
It was no April Fool’s Day joke when the company launched in Cape Town on April 1, which was followed two weeks ago by an official launch of a range of vehicles in Sandton, a few hours after listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
The company will set up shop in Zimbabwe and plans to establish operations in Zambia, Namibia, Malawi and Botswana are afoot.
Agilitee CEO Dr Mandla Lamba said the company’s plan was to spread its reach across the world.

Taking care of car during lockdown
We now under strict lockdown again which may mean having to park your car for longer periods than anticipated.
Experts caution that mechanical issues can arise, brakes could bind or even seize if you park your car too long with the handbrake on.
One advice is to leave the handbrake off, put the car in gear and put blocks behind the wheels.
And just in case, you could also have front wheels close to pointing towards the kerb if nose is pointing downhill or away from the kerb if pointing uphill.
Just in case. – London Daily Mail
