NAC SIGNS PARTNERSHIP PACT WITH CHINESE CULTURAL ENTITY

South Africa’s National Arts Council (NAC) and China Federation Of Literary And Art Circle (CFLAC) recently signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on cultural exchange programmes between the two countries.  The agreement was signed at the NAC offices in Johannesburg. 

As part of the new partnership, the CFLAC has invited a South African folk dance troupe to participate in the upcoming 13th China International Folk Art Festival (CIFAF) in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, from October 14 to 21.

NAC Acting CEO Lebogang Mogoera, CFLAC board chairperson and vice-president Zhang Zheng, NAC art development manager Ms Julie Diphofa and national chairperson Eugene Botha.
