Announced just before the Brics Summit in Sandton the  Elite World Cup is set to be the second fully electrified global racing series after Formula 1 and will feature 25 countries  starting  between September 2023 and March 2024 using the Lotus Evija  EV as thebase hypercar   capable of 0 – 100km/h in 2 seconds which was flown to the event.. This is all thanks to an initiative by Tokyo Sexwale, Stephen Watson and Liu Yu iin a testament to the power of collaboration, innovation and stability.
