Shocking details have emerged casting doubt on the causes of COVID – 19 amid claims that the disease was neither a pandemic nor a public health event but a global operation coordinated through public-private intelligence and military alliances in several countries that included the USA, Canada, Australia, Germany and Italy.
An investigation spanning three years by independent researchers, Debbie Lerman and Sasha Latypova , revealed that the operation invoked laws designed for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) weapons attacks.
‘’ The attack that initiated the global COVID response could have been real, perceived or invented, regardless of the trigger the lockdown -until-vaccine paradigm originated in the military and intelligence biodefence playbook not in any scientifically-based or epidemiologically established public health plan.’’
According to Latypova, Covid was not a pandemic. ‘’ It was a military attack. It was a deployment of chemical and maybe radiological weapons.’’
Nothing about the response – masking, distancing, lockdown, vaccines – was part of a public health plan to respond to a disease outbreak.
‘’Rather, every aspect of the response was intended to induce public panic in order to gain compliance with biodefence operations, culminating with the injection of unregulated products which were legally treated as biodefence military countermeasures into billions of human beings.’’
The researchers dispelled the notion that COVID was a public health event and alleged that not only was the military and intelligence in charge of COVID in all these countries but that the response to what was represented as a public health crisis, was also coordinated through the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
It was important, the researchers added, to note that on February 4, 2020, there were fewer than a dozen confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus disease ( later called COVID) in the USA and zero deaths. Worldwide, the death count was fewer than 500.
‘’ There was nothing about the virus, at least as it was presented publicly, that would make anyone believe it posed a threat to national security. It is important to note that on February 4, 2020 there were fewer than a dozen cases of the coronavirus disease.
Latypova noted how the COVID ‘’ pandemic’’ was actually pulled off in the USA, highlighting the USA military’s alleged involvement in the lack of evidence supporting the existence of a patient zero in the country even in China, and the rollout of ‘’ hospital murder protocols’’ which were used to generate the deaths needed to make it look like there was a pandemic occurring.
Both researchers said two things happened on February 4, 2020, that almost nobody knew about, but that played an important role in the course of recent world history. These were :
*. Two declarations for CBRN (weapons of mass destruction) emergencies – the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) and PREP Act – made by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), were registered on this date.
Legally, EUA powers are intended for situations of grave, immediate emergencies involving weapons of mass destruction.
They allowed for the use of countermeasures against CBRN (chemical, biological, nuclear or radiological) agents without the regulatory oversight intended to ensure safety and efficacy, because the immediate threat of a CBRN attack was deemed so much greater than any potential risks caused by the countermeasures.
The PREP Act is the legal indemnity granted to anyone involved in using an EUA countermeasure, because if a weapon of mass destruction was involved, the risk of the CBRN attack was so great that no one should face legal consequences for potential collateral damage caused by using unregulated countermeasures.
In order to activate EUA, the law required “a determination by the Secretary of HHS that there was a public health emergency… that involved a CBRN agent or agents or a disease or condition that may be attributable to such agent(s). So, when the EUA was officially activated on February 4, 2020, it was in essence, a declaration of a state of emergency involving weapon(s) of mass destruction.
This PREP Act Public Health Emergency declaration had been repeatedly renewed and was currently in effect to December 31, 2029.
* A pharmaceutical executive was caught on tape saying that the U.S. Department of Defence called to inform him “that the newly discovered Sars-2 virus posed a national security threat.”
These two events were remarkable for several reasons:
*They indicated that the beginnings of Covid were rooted in national security machinations, not public health considerations.
*They also strongly suggested that the deployment of the EUA “medical countermeasures” under Public Health Emergency declaration was officially launched at a time when an emergency, much less a national or a global one, could not possibly be determined. No public health parameters justifying that a novel virus posed a “threat to national security” existed at the time of the EUA and shortly after being vaccinated.
‘’Thus, on this day five years ago, a military CBRN countermeasure deployment campaign was officially launched against a poorly defined illness that was alleged to have killed a few hundred people worldwide. Within six weeks of this date, in order to ensure a market for the countermeasures (among other aims), the lockdown-until-vaccine response – which is a military/counterterrorism plan and has nothing to do with public health – went into effect all over the world’’.
Latypova and Lerman noted that it was crucially important to understand that Covid was a globally coordinated response, based on legal frameworks intended for biodefense/biowarfare situations.
An investigation by Liz Gunn, a New Zealand TV host-turned journalist, revealed a shocking discovery that every single person who received a COVID-19 jab from the same clinic in that country, had died suddenly after vaccination and within the same time frame. During a 49-week period in 2022, there were a total 5285 excess deaths in the country.
The COVID-19 pandemic claimed millions of deaths worldwide with the USA being the hardest hit by the deadly disease followed by India and Brazil.
